hART is a collective of artists based in Kent, bringing together artists working across a diverse range of creative disciplines.

The hART website showcases artists and their work, but we do not currently sell artwork or take payments through the website.

Where appropriate, we may pass your enquiry or contact details to the relevant artist so that they can communicate with you directly.

We will only share information that is reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry.

Any subsequent arrangement to purchase artwork may be made directly with the individual artist. hART does not process payments for artwork through this website.

5. Photographs at hART Exhibitions and Events

Photography is an important part of documenting and promoting hART’s exhibitions and activities.

Photographs taken at our exhibitions and events may therefore be published on our website, Facebook or Instagram or used in material relating to hART.

As exhibitions are attended by members of the public, visitors may sometimes appear in photographs of an exhibition or event.

Where we use photographs containing identifiable individuals, we will do so responsibly and with consideration for their privacy.

If you would prefer not to be photographed at an event, you are welcome to make this known to a member of the hART team.

If a photograph of you has already been published and you have concerns about its use, please contact hartists.kent@gmail.com and we will consider your request.

6. Social Media

hART uses Facebook and Instagram to share artwork, exhibition information, news and other updates.

Our website contains links to these social media platforms.

If you interact with hART through Facebook or Instagram, those platforms may collect and process information about you in accordance with their own privacy policies and account settings.

The hART website may also contain links to websites and social media accounts belonging to individual artists and other third parties.

Once you leave the hART website, the privacy practices of the website or service you visit are outside our control. We recommend reviewing the relevant privacy information provided by those organisations.
