Stephen Pryor
Born on the Kent coast. I trained in Graphic Design at Canterbury College of Art.
I have 25 years of creative experience working for high profile design consultants in London and Europe.
I paint primarily in oil, outside in the elements in front of the subject. Inspired mainly by 19th and 20th century masters, you will also note the influence of many contemporary artists. I prefer working in oil as this traditional medium provides great versatility and richness of colour.
My work exploits the play of light on my subjects and tells the story of what captured my imagination.
